She has spanned seven years in Business Consultancy with international companies, in Hungary, Latin-America, USA and CEE. She has entered the Executive Search consultancy and HR Consultancy profession seven years ago as a leading consultant with one of the top recruitment firms in CEE. Her knowledge of the CEE market is comprehensive having worked widely in the region.
She has an MBA diploma in International Business from Weatherhead School of Management, CWRU, Cleveland, USA and she is a graduate of the Core Essentials Coach program from CoachInc.com an accredited school of the International Coach Federation.
Her main expertise is related to Coaching, Executive Search & Selection, Project Management, Operational Management, Career Management, Management Audit and Organizational Redesign.
She loves to travel, with special interest to Asia, where she is familiarized with the local culture. One of her favorite symbol is the Chinese symbol of Listening. The Chinese characters of listening are the followings: Ear=Gather, Eye=Perceive, Heart=Sense, King=Respect, Single=Give all your attention to the speaker. She strongly believes that if we use this “symbol” we can improve our skills in leadership/managing/coaching and everyday life.
