How Does it work?

1. How does coaching work?

Coaching is a body of language, a framework, and a style of relating that focuses on the development of human potential. The Coach supports the Coachee to discover their own answers through a process of identifying the results they seek, clarifying choices, developing and staying focused on a strategy and taking responsibility for their actions.
Coaching is a partnership, the person – Coachee is given an opportunity to think out loud and create possibilities with his/her Coach. The process is flexible. Together, we will design a structure that meets your needs and schedule. The basic design consists of:

  • An initial two-hours (one meeting or in stages) to put together an assessment of where you are now and what you want to accomplish (in-person or by phone)
  • Ongoing coaching sessions (in person or by phone or by e-mail or by group)

The frequency of sessions is usually three to four meetings each month, lasting from a half-hour to an hour. Together, we will define the length and frequency that best supports you.

2. Why do people hire a coach?

  • to maximize your unlimited potentials
  • to create total balance in all areas of your life
  • if you are unsatisfied with where you are in your life
  • to be able to wake-up happy and go to bed in peace
  • to make peace with yourself
  • to optimize your life performance
  • to enable yourself to achieve more than you would be working alone
  • to discover what you really want from your life
  • to sharpen your skills, attitude and increase confidence
  • to improve your life

in business:

  • if your are in trouble (time management, personal conflicts, sales decline…etc.)
  • if you want to make changes (starting a new business, want to shift focus, strategy..)
  • if you want to be financially independent
  • seeking professional advancement
  • want to move in your career
  • reach higher targets

3. How long do your individual clients work with you?

I recommend that clients make a three-month commitment to the process. Depending on the situation and issues, the length of the process varies.

Once a major part of the work is accomplished, people often schedule appointments once or twice a month or less frequently as a check-in and for on-going improvement.

4. How does coaching create better long-term results?

The coaching relationship is a model that teaches people how to transform all of the relationships in their lives into Working Partnerships-colleagues, associates, partners, family and friends.

5. What can you expect from me as your Coach?
